The 16th Harley Owners Group (HOG) MENA rally, hosted in Bahrain this year, ran through November 10-12. Considered one of the region’s foremost biking events, the rally saw hundreds of HOG members from all over the world — including KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, Russia, Spain, Italy and the US — flaunt their motorcycles in the presence of over 4,000 visitors. The event also saw the presence of the First Deputy President of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Apart from the ride, the event saw a lot of other activities too. Some of them include: the launch of 2017 Harley Davidson models, Thunder Parade of Harley Davidson motorcycles from Al A’Ali Shopping Complex to the Bahrain International Circuit, two motorcycle shows and the first Bahrain Boxing tournament. An international concert featuring former Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal was also held on the occasion.
